Meditation is mind training. It is the practice of focusing one’s attention to a particular task. There are many wonderful meditation techniques, from sitting quietly with no particular focus, to visual imagery, to repeating a meaningful mantra.

I enjoy teaching a great breadth of techniques, as I believe there is no one technique that is right for everyone.
