I work with teens and tweens in a variety of ways:
Vinyasa yoga classes for teen and tween boys and girls. Some classes are separated by age and gender, some are not. Please inquire to find the right class for your child!
Teens/Tweens On The Mat
TOTM is a series of yoga classes with a focus on mindfulness, self-confidence, coping with stress, and positive decision-making.
Co-teaching with Jennifer Udler, LCSW-C, we offer weekly classes for teens and tweens separately.
We present a theme at the beginning of each class, we flow through a yoga practice around that theme, and we discuss and process the experience at the end of each class.

Working with teens and tweens privately to teach them meditation and breathing skills is effective in so many ways. I customize each session to your child’s strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
We schedule a series of four 30-minute sessions to learn and practice a variety of techniques. After that, we can choose to continue our coaching sessions regularly, or meet less frequently to simply brush up on their skills or to help your child prepare for a particular upcoming event, e.g. a test at school, SATs, an audition, preparing for a presentation, etc.
Benefits of private mindfulness coaching:
- increased self-awareness – physically, mentally, and emotionally

These sessions can be done in person and via Skype.
