The Fundamentals of Meditation & Breathing

In this 4-week intro-level program, I present to you ~ and we will practice together ~ fundamental techniques of meditation and breathing, as well as an array of variations.

You will gain experience in techniques such as imagery, your senses, mantras, affirmations, movement, and guided journeys.

The result is feeling comfortable practicing on your own, knowing which techniques are best for you, since there is no one right technique for everyone.

Other wonderful benefits include increased self-awareness and calm, increased heart and brain health, better sleep, work habits, and study skills, and decreased stress and anxiety.

Meditation is a practice of training the mind, a form of exercise for your brain. Short, regular practice periods make progress towards greater ease and peace in mind, body, and spirit.
