In this 4-week intro-level program, I present to you ~ and we practice together ~ the fundamentals of a Vinyasa yoga practice.
You will gain experience in a great variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques, the major building blocks of the yoga asana (pose) vocabulary.
The result is feeling comfortable in your own practice, whether self-guided or in a group class, since you will have learned which poses feel best for you and how to practice them safely and in a way that is meaningful for you.
Other wonderful benefits include increased flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, relaxation, and overall physical, mental, and emotional health.
